Frequent questions
The answers to the questions most often asked about FLORIA.
Version 3, in force since September 26, 2026.
For a talent
What does FLORIA cost?
The proof journey is free, for life: your exams, your publications, your disputes and your public page.
The Plus subscription buys a better coach, never a better grade: exams, evaluations and disputes are the same with or without it.
What do I need to enter?
An address and a date of birth. Nothing else.
FLORIA opens at eighteen. Your date of birth is a declaration, and it binds you.
What do Declared, Attested and Verified mean?
Each line of your CV carries one of these three levels, never a grade or a badge. Here is what each one affirms, in the version in force.
The three levels, as they are defined today
- Declared
- What the talent states: their own account, as told.
- Attested
- What the exam observed: a production and a defence that hold together, at the level rendered. Coherence can be produced by a tool; FLORIA does not certify the absence of assistance.
- Verified
- What reality has corroborated: facts of different kinds, from distinct and unrelated organisations — a deliverable accepted and assessed, a completed introduction, a verification carried out, a declared hire.
Does a recruiter need an account to verify my proof?
No. They open the link you give them and read a dated answer, with no account and no sign-up.
Can I withdraw my proof?
Yes, at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. A withdrawn proof stops being served at once.
Nothing is destroyed: if you publish it again, it keeps the same address and the same codes.
Do you know who opened my proof?
No. FLORIA counts the distinct readers of your proof, week by week, without knowing who they are: no name, no country, no device, no precise time.
Does my proof appear in search engines?
Once published, its page can be read without an account by anyone who has its address, and search engines may index it. It is listed in no directory and in no sitemap.
For it to stop being served, withdraw it: it is immediate and free.
Does a machine decide my verdict?
Exams are conducted and evaluated by the platform’s agents, and every decision says which one took it.
A verdict can be contested from the screen that shows it, and a human review can be requested. Settling a dispute, ruling on a suspicion of fraud or closing an account are never automatic.
For an organisation
What is free for an organisation?
Searching the anonymised pool, depositing a real need, and reading a complete example of a verified proof.
Depositing a need is and remains free.
What does the subscription not buy?
Not a proof, not the speeding up of an exam or an evaluation, not a rank in the order of passage, not a profile by the unit, not a commission on a hire.
What are the prices?
They are published on the organisations page, read from the grid in force, the annual price first. As long as no grid is in force, the page says so, and entry stays open at the Découverte tier, with nothing billed.
What does an organisation see of a talent?
Without a subscription, a profile with no name, no photo and no contact. With a subscription, the name and a message thread, only if the talent chose to enter the pool.
Never their number, their personal address, their failed attempts, their drafts or their exchanges with the mentor.
Your data
How long do you keep my data?
Each item your account holds has its period and its reason. “My data” shows them one by one, with the date each one goes.
Do you sell my data?
No. FLORIA never sells or shares any personal data, shows no advertising and places no audience-measurement tracker.
How do I delete my account?
From your account. Your proof is revoked as soon as you ask, then you are left a period to change your mind and take your data away, whose date is given to you.
Reporting and contact
How do I report a proof or some content?
Every proof page carries a “Report this proof” link, open without an account; content received in a thread is reported from that thread.
A report is never a decision: it opens a review.
How do I reach FLORIA?
In writing, at contact@cysdigital.co, in French or in English. The legal notice says who publishes the platform.
