Legal notice
Who publishes FLORIA, and how to reach the publisher.
Version 4, in force since September 26, 2026.
Publisher
FLORIA is a platform published by CYS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, a SARL AU under Moroccan law, registered with the Rabat trade register.
For any question about the platform or this notice: contact@cysdigital.co.
Hosting
The platform and its data are hosted in the European Union.
Intellectual property
The FLORIA brand, its sign and the elements of the platform — texts, graphics, software, databases, design — are protected by intellectual property law and belong to CYS Digital Solutions. Any reproduction, representation or use of all or part of them without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
A proof page published by a person may be read, printed and quoted freely, without an account: that is the very purpose of its publication.
Personal data and cookies
What FLORIA does with personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the cookies it places in the notice “Cookies and trackers”.
Reporting content
Every proof page carries a “Report this proof” link, open to anyone and without an account. Content received in a message thread is reported from that thread.
Content you believe to be illegal can also be reported to contact@cysdigital.co. Give the exact address of the page, what you are reporting and why you believe it is illegal, your name and your email address, and a sentence confirming that your report is made in good faith.
A report is never a decision: it opens a review.
Points of contact
Authorities of the Member States of the European Union, the European Commission and users of the platform reach CYS Digital Solutions at contact@cysdigital.co, in French or in English (Digital Services Act, Articles 11 and 12).
Liability
CYS Digital Solutions takes reasonable care to keep the information published on the platform accurate and up to date. A proof states what was tested and attested, on its date; it is not a promise of employment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the editor cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the platform.
